Delivery

Packages are processed immediately after receiving your payment and, if ordered before 5:00 PM, will be shipped the same day. In general, this means your order will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 days via PostNL or DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while transportation costs depend on the total weight. We recommend consolidating your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders; therefore, shipping costs will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to properly protect your items during shipping.

If the carrier is unable to deliver to you, they will attempt to redeliver. If repeated attempts are unsuccessful, the carrier will offer to have the package collected at a pickup point. If you do not collect it within 7 days, the carrier will return the product to us, and you will need to pay shipping costs again to receive your order.
